Good Charities to Donate to Help Children Without Parents in Africa

One of the first projects we completed was the goat herd projects. We purchased thirty goats to help provide income for our village. And they are now having babies of their own, allowing us to increase that number without having to purchase more!
Each goat cost $80, which is a lot. We had to buy the goats locally and they were expensive. We had to do it this way because there is an animal quarantine in Uganda and animals are not allowed to cross over that boundary.
The goats hang out near the construction site and because there is plenty to eat on the property, we don’t have to purchase additional feed for them!
We are so grateful for the contributions that made the goat herd possible! For more information on our current projects and ways to donate, visit our projects page!
